Red Byrd is an off-trail local’s favorite. It’s an easy hike along the backside of the Clifty Wilderness. The trail is not managed and layers of trees block the path. It’s an easy one to get lost unless you have a downloaded digital map you downloaded from an app like AllTrails. This is an absolutely gorgeous arch and a secret beauty.
