Muir Valley is a rock climbers’ paradise. The little secret is that it’s also a waterfall hikers’ paradise. There are over a dozen waterfalls inside the park, some off-trail, but some with easy access. The area is best after rain because the watershed is from small creeks that tend to dry up quickly. It’s a favorite hiking spot of mine. There is a parking fee, and you must fill out a liability form before visiting. You can find the info on their site linked above.
